Hi there - I was prescribed Xanax after I developed panic attacks and severe depression while I was on Yaz. I didn't use it much, but when I did, it'd temporarily ease my anxiety, but caused a ton of new problems.
ReplyDeleteI stopped birth control this past April due to the symptoms I had while on it - I'm actually off of it 8 months today. Since getting off of it my anxiety has lessened tremendously and I haven't used Xanax since the summer.
In any case, I think what you're doing is tremendous. I read your sister's sorry - it's heartbreaking to say the least. What's even worse is that no one's listening to you now, which is just unbelievable. If there's anything I can help you with, please let me know.

I've spoken about my problems with birth control in this blog.
