•Signs of serotonin syndrome such as:

◦A rapid heart rate
◦Nausea
◦Vomiting
◦Diarrhea
◦Hallucinations
◦Blood pressure changes
◦Overactive reflexes
◦Fever
◦Shivering
◦Shakiness
◦Agitation

◦Coma

•Slow or irregular breathing
•Signs of an allergic reaction, such as:
